If any defective products are found during our warehouse inspection, we will assist in replacing them at no extra cost.
If you discover product defects within 15 days of receiving your order and provide proof, we will offer a replacement or compensation.
How We Inspect Your Products
General Inspection
With both our Pro and Basic plans, your products are sent to our warehouse for a free general inspection. We follow Level Ⅱ, AQL2.5 standards, similar to other inspection companies.
If any defects are found, and you’re using our recommended suppliers, we’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost. For your own suppliers, we will assist in resolving the problems, but you’ll need to cover any logistics and travel fees.
For specific inspection solutions or to ensure a lower defect rate, please contact us to discuss potential additional costs.
Complete Inspection
To reduce defects to 0%, we recommend our complete inspection service. We’ll remove any defective products from the entire batch. The standard rate is $5/hour. Simply share your requirements with our agent to receive a quote for the full inspection. quality control inspections in china
